What does "No Brand Tax" mean?
Traditional fashion brands often include marketing costs, celebrity endorsements, and multiple middlemen in their pricing. We eliminate those extra costs so you pay for quality—not hype.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via Email and/or SMS so you can monitor your shipment anytime.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available if enabled at checkout.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We provide a 7-day support window from the date of delivery. While we do not accept returns, eligible cases may receive a discount of up to 50% of the product value on their next purchase. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for complete details.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. Our support team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
