When you place an order: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, and billing details. We need these to deliver your order and to reach you if something goes wrong.

When you pay: payment is processed by our payment partners. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank password. For cash on delivery, we only collect the amount at your door.

When you contact us: anything you share on call, WhatsApp, or email, including photos of a product issue, is kept so we can resolve it properly.

When you browse: like every website, ours records basic technical data. Your device type, browser, IP address, the pages you visit, and how you got here. This is collected in aggregate to understand how the site is being used, not to identify you personally.

Cookies: we use cookies to keep your cart intact, remember you between visits, and measure whether our marketing works. You can turn cookies off in your browser. The site will still work, and you can still buy.

• Courier partners, who receive your name, address, and phone number to deliver
• Analytics and advertising tools, which receive anonymised browsing data

Each of them is bound to use your information only for that purpose.

We will share your information with government or law enforcement if legally required to, or if we believe in good faith it is necessary to prevent fraud or harm.

The site runs on SSL encryption. Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant partners. Access to customer data within our team is limited to people who need it to do their job.

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what data we hold on you
• Correct it
• Delete it, unless we are legally required to keep it, for example invoice records
• Stop marketing messages
