That's the delivery timeline we promise. Most orders arrive sooner, but we would rather give you an honest number than make a promise we cannot keep.
Working days to dispatch
Your order is prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days after confirmation.
Why not two-day delivery?
Because express logistics, warehouse networks, and platform fees all get added to the price you pay.
We do not run any of that. You pay for the fabric, not the race.
We do not add express logistics markups just to make the delivery promise look faster. We would rather keep the price fair and give you a timeline we can actually stand behind.
Where we deliver
We deliver across India, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and most rural pin codes.
If your pin code is not serviceable, you will know at checkout before you pay.
In rare cases a courier refuses a location after the order is placed. If that happens, we call you and refund in full.
We do not ship outside India at present.
Timelines
Your order is prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of confirmation.
Once dispatched, your order reaches you within 10 days anywhere in India. Most orders arrive sooner.
Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery can take longer during festival periods, heavy monsoon, regional strikes, or other disruptions outside our control.
If your order is running late, we will tell you before you have to ask.
Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no charges added after that point.
Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Keep the exact amount ready, as most delivery partners cannot give change.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we share the tracking details with you by SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after dispatch.
If it has not moved in 48 hours, message us and we will chase the courier ourselves.
When delivery is attempted
Our courier partners usually make up to three attempts. Please keep your phone reachable. Most failed deliveries happen because the number did not connect.
If all attempts fail and the parcel returns to us:
- Prepaid orders: we refund the product value in full.
- Cash on delivery orders: we may ask for advance payment on your next order.
Please give us a complete address with a landmark and a working phone number. A wrong address is the single biggest cause of delayed delivery, and it is the one thing we cannot fix from our end.
If your parcel arrives damaged
Do not accept a parcel that is torn, wet, or clearly tampered with. Refuse it at the door and call us immediately.
