Plain terms. No surprises.

You must be old enough to enter a contract under Indian law. If you are under 18, place your order through a parent or guardian.

Give us accurate information when you order. Name, phone number, and address especially. A wrong address means a failed delivery, and we cannot fix what we cannot reach. If we have reason to believe the information you have given is false, we may cancel the order or refuse service.

If you create an account, keeping the password safe is your responsibility. Anything ordered from your account is treated as ordered by you.

We aim to keep the site running all the time, but it may go down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We are not liable for losses caused by the site being unavailable, or by data lost in transmission over the internet.

Every price on this site is the honest selling price. There is no inflated MRP, no strikethrough, no fake discount. What you see is what you pay, plus shipping if applicable.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed.

We accept online payment and cash on delivery across India.

We are not obliged to fulfil an order at an obviously wrong price.

We sell readymade garments, unstitched fabric, and home textiles sourced directly from manufacturers.

We photograph our products as honestly as we can. Screens vary in brightness and colour calibration, so the shade you see may differ slightly from the fabric in hand. Small variations in weave, texture, and finish are normal in textiles and are not defects.

Measurements and fabric details are given as accurately as possible. For unstitched fabric, the length quoted is what you receive.

All products are subject to availability. If something you ordered is out of stock, we will tell you and refund that item.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed only when we accept it and dispatch it. We may cancel an order before dispatch, for stock, pricing, or suspected fraud reasons, and you will be refunded in full.

We may refuse or limit orders that look like bulk resale, repeated non-acceptance of cash on delivery, or misuse of our return process.

The Crevah name, logo, site design, product photographs, and written content belong to us. You may not copy, republish, resell, or use them commercially without written permission.

Brand names shown on product pages belong to their respective owners. We are a wholesaler stocking these products. Listing a brand does not imply that brand endorses or is affiliated with Crevah.

You may save or print content from the site for your own personal use only.

When you order or contact us, you agree to receive order updates by SMS, WhatsApp, email, or call. These are service messages and cannot be opted out of while an order is active.

Marketing messages are separate. You only get those if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We are liable for the product we sold you. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost opportunity, or losses arising from delays outside our control, including courier disruption, weather, strikes, or acts of government.

If your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting costs.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

If a dispute arises, contact us first. Most things get solved on a call. If it cannot be resolved, the dispute will be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by us under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The seat of arbitration will be Kanpur, proceedings will be in English, and the courts of Kanpur will have exclusive jurisdiction.
